Human-centered System Change
At ThinkPlace, we believe that those for whom we design must be those with whom we design. As human-centered design (HCD) practitioners, we know this approach works. HCD is a co-creative method that places people at the heart of the design process, especially those historically excluded from resources and power. For nearly two decades, we’ve developed a toolkit for scaled system change with equity at the center. We explore systems through human perspectives, map relationships, identify opportunities, and create pathways to shift systems over time, engaging ecosystems for meaningful change.
